All auction items have a numbered bid sheet.

1. All bids must start at the minimum bid, and each increase must .equal or exceed the minimum increase figure stated on the top of the bid sheet.

2. Any bid that does not comply with this format will be disqualified

3. Any item not receiving a minimum bid will move to the next section.

Sales

1. Cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCards are welcome. Make checks payable to THABEF.

2. All items must be paid in full within 45 minutes of close of auction. No items will be held for later pick-up.

3. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds.

4. All items are sold “as is”.

5. With purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either the Twin Hills Apple Blossom Educational Foundation or the donor. Neither the THAB Educational Foundation nor the donor are responsible for any personal injuries or damage to property which may result from utilization of goods or services sold.

Yellow Section will close at 2:30pm

Red Section will close at 3:30pm
